Winchester Studios offers exchanges on all orders.
Customers may exchange items for the same item in a different size or colour.
Any exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order as per your tracking information.
- The garment is in its original packaging, with swing-tag attached.
- The garment is in perfect condition – it may not be worn, washed or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer. If your exchange is rejected you will be notified by email.
Returns:
All returns are eligible for store credit only. Winchester Studios does not offer refunds to original payment method.

Please ensure items are returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued to store credit once the return is received and processed. You will receive an e-mail confirming when the refund is issued.
